These recipes are a general group of recipes that you can build a meal plan on.
These recipes are not low fat. They are they low salt either. We use sea salt in liberal amounts. Sea salt will put minerals like calcium and magnesium back into the body. Sea salt is good for you- do not be afraid of it.

These recipes are low sugar and low carb. We try to keep our blood sugar low to decrease inflammation in our body and protect our brain. When you blood sugar decreases your blood pressure will come down naturally.

These recipes are going tohave you increase your intake of healthy fats and oils. The main healthy fats we will use are olive oil and coconut oil. Coconut oil, which is a solid at room temperature, will regulate your hunger. This healthy fat will maintain a constant supple of energy for our brain. If your energy feels low, and your head and shoulders gets heavy, then something is amiss. You need better nourishment. You need more fat. We can show you.
Consuming sugar makes you hungry. Consuming fat keeps you from being hungry. It’s pretty simple. You can regulate your hunger and energy levels with coconut oil.
These recipes are gluten free. Removing gluten from your diet will solve 80% of your problems.
Start with the grains right now
There is a large section of recipes specifically for using up all your leftovers and cleaning out the fridge. I’m not going to let goof food go to waste. I’ll show you how to waste nothing. We want you to share your recipes too.
The time is right. Stop waiting and start doing!
When you’re finally had enough and you’re ready to fix your problem you need a plan. Here’s the first step.
- Make a decision and a commitment to change. Go all in.
- 2. Make a meal plan for 3 weeks. Know what you’re going to eat and when you’re going to eat it. Plan ahead. You need to know what to buy from the grocery.
Now comes the sacrifice. You must design your 3 week meal plan with no breads, pastas, buns, cereals, or anything made from any grains. You cannot eat these anymore. This is simple but it ain’t easy at first. Under no circumstances for the 3 weeks can you consume any breads containing gluten.
This is also a test. If you stop eating gluten and you feel better well… there you go. This substance is so powerful. If you get irritable when stop eating it then it means that you’re actually detoxing from it. That is powerful stuff.
When you’re ready make a change I want you to start by getting the grains out of your diet. Grains contain a substance called gluten, which is what makes bread “sticky”. Think of the baker throwing the dough around. That’s gluten holding it all together. The thicker they want it the more gluten they add. Make sense?
No human can digest this gluten stuff. Humans don’t run on wheat. We run on meat, and veggies, and a little bit of meat. We cannot eat grains. Cows eat grains. The only time humans would ever eat grains if we’re starving. If there are no meat, veggies, or fruit around then maybe I’ll eat me some grass. Get it – it doesn’t make sense. Eve if me make it taste good we cannot properly eat it. This is the main root of your problem. You grewup eating it and din’t know what it was doing. Now you do. Humans can’t digest it. Our bodies react badly to it. If you eat bread, AKA gluten, at some point you will have gut problems. Don’t believe me? Prove me wrong. I know why you’re ready this. We can help.
Your gut can take it till it can’t. Humans can consume a surprising amount of poison, AKA gluten, before the symptoms show up.
I want you to think of how you can get the gluten out of your diet. There is no kinda sorta here. There is no “I’m cutting back except… I forget to remember on the weekends.” With gluten it’s all or none. Trust me, you want the results of getting all gluten out of your diet. You want your energy back and your brain to work again. I know you want your weight to go down and your food cravings to go away. Think of gluten as poison. Don’t eat the poison. Period.

What would you do if your food cravings went away? Would you even know what to think? In this lifestyle we can regulate our appetite. It’s quite easy. However, if “lunch time” came and you had no hunger, what would you do? Would you eat because “it’s that time”. If you’re not hungry would you eat anyways?
Could you stop eating if you weren’t hungry? It’s simple. If you’re not hungry then don’t eat. You will see that your body will begin to regulate itself. We will start paying attention to when we are hungry and when we are full. When we are full we stop eating. We don’t “finish the plate because we’re supposed to”.
Next time don’t put so much food on your plate. Simple changes like that can have profound effects.

This is what will happen
Imagine this- Imagine you were working in the morning. Lunchtime was coming closer. Your energy level is doing great. No fatigue – clear headed. You’re feeling good. Usually by this time of the day you’re getting hungry. You’ve been thinking of lunch time since you got to work. But today is unusual. It’s lunch time and you’re not even hungry. You’re actually feeling good. What do you do? Should you eat because you you”re supposed to, even if you’re not hungry? Do you eat even if you’re not even hungry?
This is the situation you’ll find yourself in when you stop eating gluten for a week. It’ll be an odd feeling because you’re used to being hungry at lunch time… but today you’re not. You’re so used to being hungry that to not feel hungry seems wrong. What do you do???
The answer is simply if you’re not hungry then don’t eat. How crazy is that?
When this change happens you’ll start feeling really good- better than the had in awhile. You will feel lighter. It’s easier to breathe. Wow- that’s a change! You’ll be losing weight and probably sleeping better.
This is when it’s so easy to eat those cookies on that table. Don’t do it!
If you do have a slip then reassess the situation. Do you want your health back and are you ready to sacrifice something to get it back? If you say yes- just don’t eat it again tomorrow.
If today’s not the day to work to get healthy then eat that cookie. Eat em all. I hope your stomach hurts. 🙂
